Well chilled it perfectly quenches thirst in the summer months. Our view is that some bubbles go a long way, try it as a spritzer for a light refreshing drink!

IDD+ Cuvée (Sárgamuskotály - Hárslevelű) 2009 - Winemaker: János Árvay
This wine has impressive floral notes of camilla with green herb and citrus undertones. Fruits, apple, pear, green herbs and almond are dominant on the palate with vibrant acidity. Finishes off with the unmistakable Tokaj minerality. IDD+ means 'buy it, drink it', do not try to be posh and keep it forever! This wine is for barbecues and Indian summer afternoons. Try it as a spritzer to keep it cool. Our 'sárgamuskotály' has less variety-specific characters this year and to round up its Tokaj minerality we paired it with the 'hárslevelű' of the neighbouring terroir. It became a beautiful marriage.
